Happy Mother’s Day to my mom and all moms!
I like to add blog posts when something is very important to me and this is one of them! I will visit my mom and tell her how thankful that I am to have her as my mother! I will take some flowers over to her since she loves and enjoys them inside and outside her house. She has always enjoyed being outside and working in the yard especially planting flowers. I try to visit and tell her how much I love and appreciate her whenever I can. I am the 7th of 12 kids and I know she(& my dad) spent most of their lives raising and sacrificing for us and making sure we had food on the table, a roof over our head, and raising us to be good, honest, morale and upstanding citizens(which I hope I am?). I am so very grateful for everything they both did for us. Even though she has her struggles, she still shows us motherly love and I am so appreciative of her. She says aging isn’t for sissies, but somehow even though it isn’t always easy for her, she plugs along as best as she can everyday especially when she has her bestie Lily Dog over (& God Rest His Doggie Soul “Lukey)! I am so very grateful to and for her!

My mom was beautiful inside and out!
My Mom gave me the best cards! She always knew what kind of card to send and they were so personalized for me.
She remembers when she was young and saw a large field of daisies that she thought was so beautiful and they have been her favorite flowers ever since! So I will plant some in her yard so she can enjoy them again!
I am a mother and I love my sons very much! I am so proud of them and will do anything in my power to help them if I am able.
My husband, sons, and pets give me the best mother’s day cards too! I am so GRATEFUL for all of them!
They inspire me to want to be a better wife, mother, and person by my thoughts, words and deeds.

IT ALSO HELPS ME TO REMEMBER TO ENJOY EACH MOMENT AND NOT BE AFRAID TO BE MYSELF IN THE GOOD AND NOT SO GOOD TIMES!
I think we should celebrate our wonderful mothers and/or the people in our lives that are like our mothers everyday!
Better yet, why don’t we show each other everyday the love that they show(ed) to us! I think that is how they would truly want us to do to celebrate them, by showing that love to everyone in our lives and everyone we meet everyday!
